Given the current COVID-19 situation, the WINCOM steering committee is considering different options that comply with the current worldwide sanitary security policies and will guarantee the promotion of scientific interaction and dissemination of authors’ research work and results. In case of travel restrictions that prohibit physical appearance, video presentation will be accepted as an alternative of presentation. The Conference Web Site will be updated regularly and will give the news about the conference. Meanwhile, please consider submitting your work to the WINCOM conference by (extended deadline FIRM) July 25th, 2020.
Papers should contain original material, which is not currently under review in any other conference or journal and has not been previously published. All submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of six (devil) printed pages standard IEEE conference two-column format (minimum 10-point font) including figures, without incurring additional page charges (maximum 2 additional pages, with over length page fee).
All submitted papers will go through a peer review process. Questions about paper submissions or the conference program can be addressed to any of the Program Chairs. Standard IEEE Transactions templates for Microsoft Word or LaTeX formats can be found at:

You are invited to submit papers in all areas of wireless communications networks.
- Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
- There will also be best papers awards. The WINCOM Proceedings have been indexed in the past by ISI, dblp and Scopus.
