Welcome to WINCOM'19

The international conference on wireless networks and mobile communications (WINCOM) is a flagship conference of MobiTic association. The 7th edition will be held in the imperial city and Scientific capital of Morocco, Fez, on October 29-November 01, 2019.

WINCOM'19 aims at examining the various challenges in the areas of wireless networks & mobile communications. The conference will provide a forum for exchanging ideas, discussing solutions, and sharing experiences among researchers and professionals from both academia and industry interested in wireless networks and mobile communications.

After the success of the six previous editions (Fez’2013, Rabat’2014, Marrakech’2015, Fez’2016, Rabat’2017, Marrakech’2018), WINCOM '19 comes back in Fez under the technical support of IEEE Communication Society, and with the aim of becoming a ranked international IT conference. Thus, the main objectives of WINCOM are:

  • Study the environmental impacts of communications and network technologies
  • Gather Moroccan and foreign researchers on advanced topics including: Mobile Computing, Cloud Computing, Mobile Wireless Networks
  • Promote research at the National level and especially at the University Sidi Mohammed ben Abdallah Fez
  • Allow a meeting and exchange between industry and research, Moroccan and foreign
  • Prime the mounting research projects
  • Participate in the development and influence of the kingdom, both scientifically as tourist

Papers delivered at WINCOM 2019 will be published and indexed by IEEE xplore digital library. They will also be submitted to SCOPUS, ISI, DBLP and other leading indexing services. Papers of particular merit will be recommended for a possible special issue in international journals (discussions are underway with several international journals for publishing the accepted papers).
